With over 9 years in the health and fitness industry and a background in both dance and Pilates, her innovative and effective training methods are proving to be a force to be reckoned with! By incorporating dance, Pilates, Ballet barre, aerobics, calisthenics, strength training and high energy workouts, Katie has designed workouts that can be done from both her studio and from your very own home. 1. Be consistent! The biggest key to success and results is consistency.
2. Allow yourself 1 cheat meal a week. Food can still be enjoyable when you’re healthy!
3. Create a daily exercise habit. I recommend 30-45 minutes of exercise 5-6 times a week.
4. Create a positive self-affirmation habit. Be nice to yourself because you deserve to be happy!
